Bass Pro Shops

Over the weekend I had an opportunity to be able to go salmon fishing. I'm new to the area and I went with my reliable source of Bass pro shop for some fishing gear. I had called in ahead of time while I was in route just to be sure that they had some sort of salmon gear and or setup that would be available seeing as it is the season. When I called in I had accidentally gotten to the marine department and Sam answered the phone. I let Sam know what I was looking for and what I needed and she said that unfortunately this was not her department but to hold and that she will go over to the correct department and check in with the guys to see what else is left. Sam came back to the phone and let me know that there was plenty of salmon gear ready to go and that they were aware that I would be coming in. I'd stop by the marine department because I did need a few other items for my boat along with the fishing gear. I was happy to say that I got to run into Sam and meet her in person. Sam was so amazing and walked me through everything that I needed to get for my boa, gave me expert advice and then brought me over to the fishing department so I could finish my purchase to get out on the water. Being able to walk into a store and already have somebody who knows you by your name and is able to provide such amazing customer service just goes the show the reasons why I prefer Bass pro shop over all other major and local retailers. After I left Bass pro shop I was able to get on the water and hooked a beautiful coho salmon that that night we got to enjoy. None of this would have been possible if it weren't for Sam and the expert work that she did. Thank you Bass pro shop and thank you Sam my family greatly appreciates it.

Newer to fishing and went into get some tips on rigs to use for salt water. Spoke with Allen in the fishing dept and he was incredibly helpful. Drew diagrams of how I setup the new rigs and gave me a ton of information on the correct bait to use. I will definitely be going back and speaking with Allen from now on. Can’t wait to catch some fish! Thanks Bass Pro for having a subject matter expert like Allen to help me find I need for my next fishing adventure with my son.

Just had a phenomenal learning experience with Allen at the fishing section. He was the skinny Caucasian male/ 5'7 / around 50-55 years old.nnHe mentored me on salmon river fishing and took his time to properly teach and recommended techniques me for future success.nnAllen's passion, sense of urgency, and attentiveness to his fishing craft and his work speaks in volumes to me!!nnPhenomenal work Allen!!! Brass Pro Shops made the right hire for the right team!!!

A great experience as always! Found what I needed then went to see Hannah at the front checkout. She was polite, respectful, patient, and professional. She really wanted to make sure I was being charged the right price and not over charged. I really appreciated that...thank you Hannah! I love Bass Pro Shop! Went in on Saturday to buy my first Compound Bow. Andre was so helpful. He set my new Bow tech Diamond up. Took me into the range taught me some techniques and got me dialed in. He is passionate about Archery and I was so impressed with how much I got from him in that small amount of time. Thank you for the amazing experience. 59 is the perfect time to try something new.
