Better female work shoes selection than Red Wing.
I've previously had good luck at the Puyallup Whistle Workwear store. Last Saturday, my husband and I went into the Tacoma store to purchase heated vests. The one I selected was missing the battery. The sales person said that none of the other stores had any but that she would take my number and check with the buyer on Monday to see if they could either get me a new complete vest or another battery for this vest. I never heard back from anyone. The vest I ordered directly from the manufacturer will be here today.
I have shopped here for years!!! I’ll never spend another dime in this store again . Several years ago I bought a pair of iron laces . Great product !!!! Never had a issue with getting a replace of this product they have a life time warranty if u break or burn the laces . Well long story short I was treated with disrespect! Brought product back for a replace and never have I had to have the receipt and it says so on the box to get my laces replaced . I left the store I was angry . I called to speak to the manager ... they told me the manger was not in and asked if I want to leave a message I stated I need my laces replace I had replaced them several times no issue and she hung up on me ! I am very angry and displeased. very horrible way to treat some one who Not only shops there but is a frequent customer !! Even more so in what is going on and claim to be a essential store . Well those laces keep my boots tied so I can weld buildings together like the hospital I’m building in Salem Oregon. Once again , I am Very displeased with the way I was treated by customer service , I will now never stop there again !!!!
