Went to Fleet Feet in Tacoma with a friend of mine, and we received a scan of our feet which I personally show people to this day! Very cool.nMy friend purchased some sneakers, I found some insoles. Polite customer service.
I'm happy I found this store. The salesperson, Anna, was knowledgeable and very helpful. I have a hard time finding anything that fits but after several pairs she helped me find a good pair of shoes. Highly recommended.
The service I received from the sales associate, Heidi, was great! Due to COVID-19, she made extra precautions to ensure that everything was sanitary. She measured my feet and was informative of the results. She provided options and did not pressure nor hassle me in my purchase. I recommend Fleet Feet to anyone who needs a new pair of running shoes.

Love fleet feet’s customer service! Bought a pair of running shoes and after trying a handful they didn’t work for me.
