I love the quick response to a question that is asked. Everyone at the Tacoma store is so nice and friendly. Although they're all nice, Tyler was the one the who was the nicest and very patient with me. Fast and accurate service. I definitely would refer this store my friends and family anytime. HOWEVER, as for the altered dress part I'm not to fond of. Because the least who helped me altered my dress but the manager kept adding more and more unnecessary fixes which added to the prices. They did do a to notch job but they wanted to keep going. I have no complaints as far as the job done to my dress but, they should definitely close better prices.

Shawna was amazing!! David’s bridal was my last stop on my wedding dress shopping weekend so I was starting to get a little bit discouraged. When she greeted me she was super friendly and all smiles (under her mask of course!) She asked me some questions and learned what I liked and what I did not like and helped me pick some dresses to try on first. The first dress I tried on was the winner, and she definitely helped me feel my most beautiful with her attitude and her overall enthusiasm. Tyler was absolutely amazing! I went to David’s for my first wedding dress appointment and Tyler made the experience so easy and wonderful. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and made suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of myself but were just perfect. And, despite it being my first dress appointment, I found the one! It’s like she knew it was the one before I did and it was magical. I’m so happy to have found my wedding dress!

Amanda was an amazing stylist! She was so personable and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming when we first walked in, and it truly felt special. We went to an appointment at the Southcenter location right after this one, and everyone was not nearly as friendly and welcoming. We made sure to purchase the dress from the Tacoma location even though we ended our day in Southcenter, just because they were so much nicer and I wanted to make sure that Amanda got the credit. The only downside is that we were limited to five dresses due to Covid, which I was not made aware of prior to the appointment. I still found my dress, though, so it all worked out!
