I was extremely pleased with the service I got on the phone with Evan. My daughter needed to exchange her boots I sent for her Christmas, and he assured me he'd take care of it which he did. I received much greater assurance of resolution from him than I did another store in Seattle. Highly recommend!!!n. . . Update: The manager was waiting on her after Evan passed her info on, and she took care of my daughter's needs. Overall great store and people!
