I went to Tacoma mall after so long and ended up stopping at buckle to see some shoes. The person named Courtney helped me, and all I can say she is an amazing person. Because of her outstanding customer service I bought the shoes even though I wasn’t planning to buy it. She hoped me very patiently. As always, staff goes out of their way to help you find what you need in the size you need and makes sure you understand that they will help you until you are completely happy. No matter how many pairs of jeans you have to try on! It is awesome!
The manager at Buckle is my go to guy when I need to spend money on clothes. He has an eye for detail and what looks good.nThe employees are always helpful, if I see something on a manikin they will take it right off and let me try it on. Tacoma Buckle is my favorite Buckle and I've been around the states.
