Great place with quality pet products. Friendly helpful staff.nnI have a hard to please cat. But when I shopped there last week I saw a nap/hideaway sack.nnShe loves it so much! She's napped in it every day for the last 5 days.
The best pet food store in the south sound. Every time I walk into Mud Bay the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When my veterinarian recommended a change in diet, the Mud Bay staff helped me find the perfect new food for all 3 of my dachshunds. In addition they have the best covid-19 set up I have seen for any retail store. This makes me feel safe whenever I need to pick up dog food and/or treats. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy supplies for their animals.
The staff is always so nice and friendly! They're very helpful and you can tell they love their job and the pets that come in. I enjoy this company because it's employee owned, only have the BEST products, and its organized very well so it's easy to find things. Also they will offer your pet treat samples! I love that they partner with the Humane Society as well so you can get some free treats and food!
Always a great experience at Mud Bay! Super friendly, super knowledgeable staff who really go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. I have never had a bad experience at any of their stores, and I'm never made to feel like my questions are inconveniencing them. As the owner of the world's most finicky cat, I can tell you their selection of quality foods and supplements is impressive as well. I can't recommend them enough!
I have gone to Mud Bay for 12.5 years.. since we got our first pup. Highly recommend them. Our boy got his wings 10.19.20 so we won't be going as often anymore but still we be recommending Mud Bay to fur parents.
