Pet Supreme

I have been supporting this pet store since 2003?! It's been a long time and every single time I'm there the customer service there has been impeccable. It is definitely my go to for the pet store as well as the vaccines! Good prices and quality products. All of the services they provide have made my pets feel so much love. I recently went in to buy rabbit food and needed help with my beta's popeye. The owner is a gentleman and always ready to help! He knew just what I needed and now my buddy is healed!! Thank you so much!!

Terrible customer service in the low cost vet clinic. Irene was made aware that I needed two appointments to be made and she reassured me that she put me down for 9/22 at 11:00am & 11:20am. She also said that we need to pay a $25 fee to make sure that we come. She NEVER said it was non refundable and the same girl said the same thing to a customer over the phone. “We just require that you pay $25 to make sure you come”. I asked for a manager and she was very unapologetic and said that each appointment needed to pay $25 and I wasn’t charged the $25 for the second. I told her that that is not my fault and I wasn’t made aware of this. So the girl should have charged me the correct amount and didn’t. I told her that I spoke to Irene VERY clearly and she also confirmed 2 appointments for me. Now I’m told I can take the one dog now and reschedule the other for another time when I had already waited a full week for this appointment. So I said I want my money back since you are not providing the service I had asked for. The lady says it is non refundable. I told her I was never told that it was non refundable and she flat out called me a liar. You need to teach ALL your employees to say the correct words such as non refundable deposit when speaking to a client. You cannot have one person saying one thing and the other saying another thing. You also need to make sure that they don’t confirm multiple appointments when they actually only made one. After being a client of many many years, I will not be coming back.

Love this place. Great staff always helpful.nExcept...they NEVER ANSWER the phone or have a hard time keeping you on the line.

The staff there is amazing and very knowledgeable with all the species they carry or you ask about. All my kids love this place, including my grand kids. Wouldn't go anywhere else, unless they are closed.. Thank you Pet Supreme family
