I’ve been to this ER a few times with issues to a recent surgery. Have had all good visits thanks to the great staff here! Friendly, informative, helpful, and speedy! They treat you with compassion and empathy! You’re more than just a number. I drive from Chehalis if I need to be seen at an ER.

I delivered my first child here. As a morbidly obese first time mother with severe anxiety, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how I would be received. One thing about being morbidly obese is that you will experience a lot of “less than” treatment from people, and it’s no different when dealing with physicians. I wish I could remember everyone who treated me with kindness and dignity because there were some who did not and the difference of bedside manner was and still is astounding to me. Dr. Thilo was my anesthesiologist, if it weren’t for him I would have been put to sleep and would not have gotten to meet my daughter at her birth. Dr. Thilo didn’t do anything outstanding, he just treated me like a person and that act of kindness during a time I was most vulnerable will always be remembered. My nurses specifically before delivering were so amazing as well (except that the nurse who took my phone to take photos of my daughters birth took none). I had been told the doctor I was about to speak with (who I won’t name) was super friendly and into Star Wars (which is also a big thing of mine). Instead of a friendly demeanor, I was met with what felt an awful lot like apathy. This specific doctor told me I was her biggest patient she’s ever delivered when I asked her about the risks of my cesarean and honestly seemed like she didn’t even want to be talking to me. Bedside manner aside she was an amazing physician and clearly competent, I just wish she had seen a person instead of a bunch of poor life choices. That’s really the point of this whole review, to give thanks to those who treated me like a human being. Dr. Enciso (hopefully I spelled that right) was not on my team the day of delivery but went above and beyond. It’s funny because I had been told Enciso wasn’t that bubbly or super friendly but he showed me dignity and genuine care. He was a wealth of knowledge and gave me enough information that I felt empowered to stand up for myself when the first anesthesiologist tried to put me under general. There are a couple others who stood out and I wish I could remember their names because they made me feel like a patient instead of a burden. My daughter is about to be 1 in just a few days and if it weren’t for the countless acts of kindness I’d only have sad and scary memories of her birth. Thank you again to those of you who saw a person, seriously you have no idea how much your kindness meant and means.

I would recommend to never go to a multicare location. They're a bunch of con artists. They do the bare minimum and charge you and arm and a leg. Then when you get the bill they will not settle for a payment plan in your favor. They expected me to pay over $400 a month on a $5000 bill. Sorry but I have other bills to pay and a family to take care of. I can't afford to pay $400 a month. Now they put my bill into collections even though I attempted to pay them around $100 a month. Multicare is terrible and could rant more about other experiences I've had with them in the past. I will never in my life go to another multicare location again!

I have been here OVER ONE WEEK. They STILL dont know what's wrong with me. They keep trying to tell me it's the COMMON COLD....I have never had to be hospitalized my ENTIRE LIFE. They keep trying to fake my stats by pumping me full if oxygen and saying that I'm getting better...When I go to this hospital I was still able i walk to the bathroom, now I can't even move without not being able to breathe.

This is my second time here for my daughters surgery. They treated us well & updated. Dr's & nurses were Fabulous! We were greeted with a friendly smile.
