Rating 4 stars for the Nurse Practitioner that we see regularly, Ashley Mccullogh. She is very compassionate, and is so good at completely addressing all of our concerns. Myself and my 6 month old go to her for everything.nnI've seen a couple other ARNPs at this practice that we weren't quite as happy with, and we have had some not so great experiences with the over-the-phone nurses that Multicare Family Medicine employs, which is why I didnt give a full 5 star rating.

Love Dr Bright, she’s great; however, the NP working under her, Ashley McCullough? Not so good. I had an appt scheduled right after their lunch time, which I arrived for 15 minutes early. Her nurse came walking in well after my appt was supposed to start, it took forever for me to get called back, and when the NP finally showed up to the room, she had the nerve to tell me that things were running a little behind so we would have to keep the appt short. Sorry, but no. You’re charging my insurance and me for a full appt? Your lazy nurse came strolling in late? NOT MY PROBLEM.

Why is it that every time I have an appointment scheduled for myself or my children, we are always seen late? If you're a professional unit, why ask us to check in 15 minutes before (as I do every time for years) if I'm going to be waiting 30 + minutes? My appointment starts at 1:30 I come at 1:15 there's no reason I should be waiting longer then the requested 15 minutes. When it was once or twice okay, I let it go. It's constant. I've been with you all for years but I have a busy life. Id appreciate either your business being more professional & stricter on wait time. Or please recommend a new doctor's office that does not have this problem..
