If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this Multicare for a Job related injury. The doctor that works for multicare said I had Leukemia. Which was the most false diagnosis I ever had. When I went to my specialist he said I can’t believe that doctor even said something like that to you. I had a bone bruise. Do not go to this clinic.

When we arrived for our first visit we had checked in with Sherry. After waiting 1 hour we decided to go back up to check when will be time to be seen because we were way past our appointment. Then Sherry said sorry she had forgot about us! Which delayed us in our further appointments in the day. Then following months my wife and I needed paperwork stating her disability so we may receive our benefits for her disability. We had dropped off the paperwork at the front desk. And in doing so they had lost the paperwork and did not notify us. Our caseworker who handles our financial side said we would not be receiving any of our benefits for the month due to the fact they did not see the medical paperwork. I was very disturbed on hearing this to know that when asking the front desk at the doctor's office that they had no regulation of the paper or its whereabouts. Which put us in a financial bind so in doing so we had gave them another paperwork to fill out and in doing so it was a request to set an appointment to fill the paperwork out which was not needed because this was not the first time we've had this paper filled out. So I had went to talk to Sherry at the doctor's office in doing so she had cut me off before I was able to explain or discuss or ask any questions her face was red and I can tell she was frustrated. I did not want to argue so I just overlooked the offense and I took my seat. I do not want anyone else to have to experience what I went through.

ARNP Stephany Wims is awesome. Easy going, easy to talk to about problems, on the mark, personable and not judgmental. The staff has been fair and very friendly, as well. The only thing I absolutely hate about going in is the weigh-in. (Still, that's on me.)

When your primary doctor quits, they shift you to another doctor who might be in another department. then they consider you a new patient and make you wait months for an appointment. They consider you a new patient even if you have been with them for years and they send you to urgent care. You cannot even see your doctor when you need to,

Love my ARNP and the way she treats me, no matter what's going on. She always has time to talk with me and really hear what I'm saying. She's actually better than a LOT of Drs that I've been to. Every Dr I've seen in this clinic has been very good and thorough. I love this clinic!
