staff were very friendly but i do think that there should be more communication between the nurses when changing shifts. food should be more on time it’s always late. and more training for providers to be more understanding but i LOVED my weekday provider Fatimah but had a bad experience with the weekend provider! other than that i would recommend!

There are personal restrictions and the beds are awful BUT if you need help they will work with you . The food is ok most people that work there are very accommodating. Go to groups.nYou get what you put in. If you want luxury try the Marriott.

Been there a couple of times due to my depression, they have treated me with dignity and compassion.nYes, they have a few kinks to work out, but it’s still a new hospital. If I have need, I will go again.

The worst care coordination I have ever experienced. I was not once contacted by the care coordination team which includes the social worker in regards to providing collateral information. I was not involved in the discharge planning for my family member and was told no when I requested records. The RN's were the only ones who provided me with any pertinent information in regards to how my family member was doing. I will be filing a complaint, however, I was told that the person needed to speak with her boss before she could point in the right direction in order to do so. Who is providing oversite? Because I have not been able to speak with anyone or any supervisor at this point. In order to provide best practice and optimal care, family members who want to be involved should be. We shouldn't be the ones calling multiple times per day and still not get a phone call back. Even without an ROI they should still welcome any family or collateral information in regards to the patient they are serving.

The staff was kind. The facility it self was awful! At night it was so loud you couldn't sleep, there were lights on and they don't let you shut your door. The bed mattress is so thin when you lay down you feel the bed boards and the blanket is so thin you can see through it. It is so cold you can't get warm. How on earth are people with anxiety or PTSD supposed to feel safe in that environment? My husband along with 2 other patients requested to leave the same night they were checked in. Very disappointing.
