I had been seeing Dr. Robinson since Dr. Hawkins retired. I'm very happy with the care I received from her and their staff. My only problem with the place is that I injured my self at work and they wouldn't see me because it was a on the job injury. I'm finding out this is a pretty common practice. I feel let down from this experience and currently seeking a new family doctor.

This organization has some good doctors, but there has been some changes in this office that are not to my liking. When calling to make an appointment I get put on hold for twenty to thirty minutes. When calling to speak with my doctor's nurse, I also get put on hold for thirty minutes when someone finally picks up they send a message to the nurse and I have to wait for a call back. The mychart online is better than phoning in to the call center to contact my doctors office. When I was seen at the Allenmore ER last January, I sat for five hours before being seen. Since my physician here at Allenmore Family Medicine is retiring next month, I've decided to move on to another doctor in another health care organization because of these reasons.

I've waited at this hospital for over 5 hours today in the waiting room without being seen. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
