Chili’s! It’s a great restaurant for a family night. This visit I decided to rate “The BOSS” which is a moderately priced burger. The little star next to it showed that this is a fan favorite. The BOSS had some serious flavors going on. I’m always excited for a wacky burger and this delivered. My honest review is this- Pros- it’s a GOOD burger. Not the best thing I’ve ever had, but very good and filling for the price. It is definitely unique enough to try. The assortment of meats make for some good texture. It’s Chili’s, so there is a little kick to it. I love the rib meat and the massive size of the burger. Made for a good experience. Worth trying, but don’t expect the best burger you have ever had. The restaurant itself is great. It’s not just this meal but our experience. Our waiter Justin went over and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Service is 5/5. Cons- the burger deserves a 3 out of 5. It’s good, but not great. It seems like they piled a ton of random meats and slapped it on my plate. The sausage could have been left off, it was too bulky of a foot to east the cuts while also trying to dive into a massive burger. The food quality would be a 3.5, but based on my experiences, a 3 is more appropriate. It just wasn’t my favorite burger, or even a top burger for me. Good, but not memorable.

Our visit to Chili’s was great. The waitress, Madeline was fantastic. She kept our cups filled and the food was great. They have well executed COVID-19 procedures including a digital menu that you access by scanning a QR code. They gave us free chips and salsa because we signed on to their kiosk. Also, at the end out waitress brought us some to go cups for the road. I thought it was a nice touch.

Welcome to Chili’s! Best dining experience I have had in awhile. My server Kenzie was honestly so nice and took great care of me and my family. She answered all my kids wild questions about the menu and was very patient with my picky kids. So glad I came into chili’s tonight. Long love chili’s and the great service they provide.

I asked the server which ribs were the most moist, and tender, the dry rub or barbecue. He said they’re all good. So I ordered the house ribs. They were the most dry, tough ribs I ever had. We won’t be eating at Chili’s again. Also during COVID-19 with all the cleaning these restaurants are supposedly doing, the window behind me had so many kids fingerprints all over them.

Other than wait outside, the visit was excellent. We had a great waiter, who was so attentive. Orders and food good. Was our granddaughter 17th birthday celebration 🎂 🎈
