2nd to go order to go still not right. Didn't get my extra order of fries.
We have been here half a million times because the food is absolutely fantastic! Today we had a little disappointment in service but how it was handled really made me feel like this is a great establishment that cares about their customers. We gave some feedback (negative) about the orchestration of food and drink delivery, which I'm sure is a constant battle. The manager took our feedback and gave us a generous gift for our slight displeasure and I'm sure the problem will be resolved. We love Bdubs, great place for sure and this particular one is outstanding.

Apparently my family and I are some sort of disease ridden animals and a danger to all the people in the restaurant unless we wear a cheap paper mask. In fact this store is SO concerned with people’s safety that they would rather not do business with me at all unless I comply with wearing a mask, a handkerchief, a bandanna, or whatever thing I can sling over my face to comply with their “fear of endangering the public” although everyone inside is completely unmasked and breathing into the air freely. However they will absolutely not close down their store and lose revenue to protect the public. Makes sense to some people I guess. I will not be doing business with these clowns any more. I’ll go grab a beer from a local company that values my business.
Really had a great time at this Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere is really great and they are keeping the social distancing guidelines very well. Also, the service is really great. I ordered traditional wings but the server got me boneless wings instead... However, she told me that I can have the boneless wings for free while waiting for my traditional wings. She also kept checking on us to make sure that we don't need anything. Kudos to our server. Didn't get her name but I am very grateful for your wonderful service. Highly recommended.
The #10 hottest cause is no joke! Fire and flavor. Loved the service and never felt rushed to leave. First time here, will absolutely be back.
Their To Go is so slow after 8. It's like no one wants to work because they want to go home early. You are given a time on your app and it still takes them anywhere from 20-30 minutes beyond that to get your food! If you want better service from them, better just go inside and eat.
