Asked for a bit of tape for a package, they were extremely EXTREMELY RUDE. The attitude in this post office is absolutely disgusting and I experience it every time I go. I would never recommend this type of service in any facility. Just awful.

Makayla gave me me 3 new mail keys I just moved in that was nice. However I think some of my mails were missing. I am not sure if that was the forwarding process itself from San Diego or the individual mail sorters themselves discrepancy with carriers. I also randomly had an Amazon package delivered through USPS when I could have sworn I was paying for prime so Amazon packages should be delivered directly to door.

pretty useless. didn’t answer my question and just told me i’d get it when i get it even though sender paid for 2 day shipping

I sent a package 2 day priority. Carrier left a card but made no attempt to knock or ring bell. Rescheduled delivery was not even attempted. My friend then picked the package up in person and the clerk was extremely rude. Incompetence and rudeness perfected in one location.

I moved August 1. Forwarded all my mail july 31st, sence then this Post, has either kept my packages, returned them, or list em. I gone more then 3 time, tried to file a complaint 2. Still trying. Going on my 3rd month at my new address and still my packages that I've ordered to my new address aren't arriving. One postal worker said that because of covid mail carriers refuse to take packages to your door. I've called the companies I've ordered from. They resend the packages only to get them back. That tells me it the mail carriers that aren't doing theirs jobs. I now the mail carrier that delivers to my new address does not add a slip for packages. If I ask him if I have a package, he says it's in the truck. Thus he wasnt even going to try to inform me. I track all my packages. Its ashame that these carriers aren't doing their jobs. I've asked the companies that I order from ti not send any packages through USPS. Please Retrain your Postal Workers. There are alot if hard working Ones out there, like the one from my old address. A few bad apples can ruin it for the ones that deserve a a raise.
