This place is absolutely phenomenal. We have been routine customers of the West Hollywood location and I have come to really enjoy the new location just the same- they created a tailored in-home training program that is so effective- the trainer even learned commands in our native language (Italian) to train our dog to accommodate our mom. They follow through on the training when we brought the dogs in for daycare.nnCollar & Comb is a much needed moment of positivity during these times! They offer a slew of other options for pups of all types. I thought the West Hollywood location was absolutely stunning- but the La Brea/Beverly location is the most luxurious dog grooming salon I’ve ever been to. Definitely check it out! We had a limousine ride for our three babies for a private birthday party!!nnAnd those complimentary drinks #Moet #Truly... #SamAdams...
I love coming here. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. I mostly use the self wash but have also bought their grooming for my big black fluffy dog. The groomer had completely cut and styled my dog within an hour. Because of the style of the store I felt comfortable waiting and chatting with the staff. That allowed my anxious dog to see me through the glass and remain calm. Their selection of treats also help make the dogs excited to come back. Before if I mentioned bath time my dogs would be nervous, now they are excited to go and see their friends and eat treats.
In our new location, we have sincerely leveled up! We now offer Non-anesthetic dental suite, geriatrics center, dog obedience training, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage rehabilitation… there is 2,000sq indoor/outdoor dog park. Full-service grooming is still the best in all the land.. and we have another beautiful iteration of our secret off-leash speakeasy cocktail bar.
My pup absolutely loves this place! She always comes out pampered and perfect! So clean and the staff are awesome. They are also kennel free so I know my little one isn’t sitting in a cage for hours. Highly recommend!
The Sunset location is awesome, we’ve been waiting for the Miracle Mile/Hancock Park location to open for months— we are so happy it is finally opened even during Covid.nnWhat an absolutely incredible value. From the moment you walk in, or call in our case, it is a pleasurable experience for everyone. I’m really excited to see this luxury destination come to the neighborhood. The customer service, facilities, and professionalism far exceed any other groomer/daycare I’ve ever been to.. the lobby and facilities are so posh and luxurious- it looks like it belongs on Rodeo— Simply stunning!nnThe staff are very professional and time punctual.
