4 stars! I don't know the names of the people who helped us, but they were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, generous, and reassuring. We were horrified to find ticks all over our dog, and the guy at PFE gave us the shampoo we needed, the remover device, and got us set up in the in-house shower area in no time. He was so sweet to our dog (NOT a fan of bathing) and provided treats to keep our guy happy. We will definitely be coming back!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff is what keeps me coming back plus there is parking and of course you can bring you pet in to smell up everything. They also have a large variety of products which you don't find in small pet shops. I would recommend.
The food is great, changed my dog. Better skin, lost weight, more active. Everything they say is true. Worth the price. Also the girl who works in there is seriously the best, remembers me and my order specifics when I call and when I show up in person. Amazing service. I’m sure the management knows who she is already. She deserves a raise or a promotion.
Great store. Great people. Been coming here for years. They always treat my dog like a rock star. She loves the food and its kept her healthy and energetic.
I have a VERY picky dog. He LOVES their dog treats and he will eat 3 of their recipes as long as I rotate them.nService is always GREAT!
