Their customer service is non-existent. You can email them directly, use their website's web form, social media, or call their phone line directly - no one will answer you and I've tried for 3+ months. Overpriced mediocre products.

Purchased an item for my nephews French bulldog, it happened to be to small. It was difficult to find an easy way to return, then no one responded to my emails. When I was finally sent a link to fill out my return information I was charged a return fee and a final insult of being emailed that the bed was found in horrible condition.
These guys are great. I live in the UK and needed to get a replacement toy monkey as my daughter had picked up one in a store. Although a dog toy this became her favorite toy but we sadly lost him on an outing. Needed a replacement fast. They arranged and shipped one out to me. Thank you Nandog! x
