This Tacoma Azteca used to be mine & my husbands favorite location its been some months since we have been. We went last night & both agreed the food was bland from the chips & salsa having no flavor at all to the meat (Chicken) in my enchiladas and my husbands shrimp tacos having no seasoning beans and rice had no flavor also. We were disappointed with the food but the service was good, I don't think we will be eating at this location anymore food has gone down hill as far as flavor goes and the salsa recipe seems to have changed it seems darker and tastes more paste like & flavorless. The strawberry margarita lacked alcohol drink was very watery. Only giving 2 stars for good service & chill atmosphere
This is a very comfortable location. The staff were very welcoming and good at checking in with us. They were friendly and the service was excellent! The food was also great. It was way more than I expected and we packed up leftovers.
We enjoy coming here, at least once a week, staff is very nice
We've been ordering take out from House of Joy for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Favorites include black bean noodles, mandarin fried rice, Peking Chicken, Wor Won Ton Soup. Our food is always hot and fresh, and packed properly for the short trip home.
