Didn’t ID us when we order beer. Didn’t follow 5 feet social distancing. Food was cold. Waitress was ok

If I’d been in the mood for incredibly mediocre traditional, and boneless wings, this is where I should have ordered from. Oh wait...I wasn’t. But I ordered from here anyway. One of the bags of veggies that came with the cold fries (not a good delivery item, and shouldn’t be offered as one) and cold boneless wings, should have been thrown out a week or more ago. I took a reference pic if anyone needs it. I’ve worked in food service. Celery is not hollow, and brown. The traditional wings, had they been amazing would have saved the day. But next time, I’ll make my own or go to Safeway. Price and quality are far better. Ya’ll shouldn’t be known for wings.

This was our first experience, I got there to pick up my order it wasn't ready so I was told to take a seat and they would call me when it was ready. As I'm waiting I watched a lady come back three times, because her order wasn't right. The next time they had forgotten her sauces. Then a man who they checked and made sure his order was right, while I'm doing so the man had asked for some sauces and napkins. He had to return to get his sauces and napkins because they had forgot them. I'm still waiting for my food half an hour has gone by now as I watch other people come and go. Finally I get called my order is wrong so they send it back to the kitchen. I've been keeping contact with my husband and letting him know what's going on he is in the car . My husband comes in talks to one of the waitresses and asked to see a manager. At this point we had been waiting 45 minutes for the food that they took back to replace with the right order. The girl was talks to another girl who then goes and gets the manager the manager comes over and is talking to us says he can't refund the money but offers some coupons to makeup for our now hour that we have waited for our food. These coupons if we use them pretty much add up to what we had spent on the order. I must remind you that this is all during quarantine and I'm not sure how long they have been opened since everything got shut down. And it was the first Seahawks game and they were pretty busy. So I think the manager did what he could. I don't know if they were just understaffed or they just had a lot of orders coming in for takeout. But I will tell you that the food we got was really good. And we do plan on giving them another shot.

Good morning,nnI sent 2 request on oct 9 and October 10 and then a 3rd one yesterday October 14.nnMy husband and I ordered buffalo wild wing through delivery on October 9,2020 close to 9pm. When I looked at my bank account after getting our food, I saw that we were charged twice for our meal.nnAlso, following the next day Oct 10,2020, my husband, myself, and our 2 friends who ate with us has vomiting, diarrhea, and the chill and we had only ate your guys food the night before.nnThis is not the first time we have been charge twice for our food from your guys restaurant and I am very upset that I haven't heard back from someone about this. My husband and I would just like refund on the amount we were charged
