Just love the staff at this location. They are always friendly and great to work with.
Just set up personal and business account just now. Only took 30-40 minuets for both and staff was super friendly. Sounds like very friendly with small businesses and can anticipate growth. Noticed staff here working as team to speed things up and very friendly. I am very happy with my experience today.
Ashamed to say been baking here since it was Sterling's. Customer service has no meaning. Remember those days when the customer was always right, well they're no longer right. The employees have the audacity to talk to the customer like you are worthless. The employees act as though you work for them! Even the supervisors now stick up for the employee because the customer is wrong this is what the world has become. Even had the pleasure to speak to the new manager of the Olympia Bank and he quietly dismissed me as if I was garbage for the trash. Just glad I can do my banking online and not have to deal with this new Millenia crowd. But what my mom says, what comes around goes around!
