These people make it as difficult as possible to access my funds. I'm sick of theory lack of empathy and consideration of my needs and requests. I'll move banks as soon a I am able.
April spent time retrieving a deposit ticket I had accidentally sent through at the drive through. She called me and was able to give me the information. She took the time to assist me, and it was greatly appreciated!
Staff is always friendly and get me in and out with no problems.
April was demeaning and unprofessional. I don't know who hired this woman. It was like talking to a sitcom caricature of a rude DMV worker.nnUpdate: I want to give credit to the other people who work there, though. April was vindictive nightmare but I was there earlier today, before this incident, and the younger lady with long lighter hair was incredibly professional and conversational.
I went there saturday morning to open a business checking account and credit card., I was the first person there and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I had a list of 10 banks to visit that day and i ended up going nowhere after this place. The whole process was so easy and smooth, I think i will look into other services they have to offer in the future.
