It says online AND on the building door that they open at 9am on Wednesdays. It’s almost 930am & they are still not open.

Signed up for a checking account. Asked for a debit card. Set up my direct deposit as well. Well a debit card was never ordered and guess who doesn't have access to his cash? This guy! Been a member less than a week and already have to go in and cancel my account because they cant do anything to help me access my cash when I get paid. Good job Qualstar! Your vp's also have terrible attitudes and smart*** comments when speaking to you on the phone. Instead of trying to help it was all about what I did wrong instead of taking responsibility. Consider yourself shopped. See you in the morning to cancel my account and enjoy everyone knowing what I think of your credit union, staff, and practice.

I’ve been banking with them for eleven years and it seems like every two years they royally mess up my account to where I loose money. While they are randomly charging overdraft fees no matter your account balance you have to call them to reverse every time and they always give you the condescending “I can reverse the charge this one time”, even when it is their bad. The new one however is that I’ve called multiple times about my transaction history being out of order or on wrong days and not adding up to the balance I have. When I call about it they have me send screen shots to their IT desk and then never get back to you. I’ve talked to their main lady multiple times about my issues over the last eleven years and she always talks down to me. In 2008 I got qualstar because it was what all the tradesmen had and they were small and friendly, and everyone in Tacoma trades loved them. Now I see why everyone in my family and their buisness moved over to Sound Credit Union.

This credit union is wonderful. We have been with them for ten years. They are like are family. Always there to help and always with a great smile. Thank you qual stars employees .

Great customer service, tellers know me by name. Friendly and asks about the grandkids. Only drawback is the parking, however, it was recently redone. It is easier to park. They are shared branching so I can do all 3 CU banking.
