The absolute slowest bank I've ever been to!!!
So slow. Everyone seems so melancholy and bord, while they have a line out the door. I've had my account for 15 years and this branch is the slowest! I feel as though they know they will stay busy due to the location, so they bs and take their sweet time doing anything. 40 minutes I've been in line, they have helped 3 people. Someone came for an appointment 30 minutes ago and was told the person is on lunch and they have to wait. Wow. ud83eudd26♀ufe0f Terrible.
Manager very rude! I tried cashing check and she refused then told me she’s not helping me today and had told me to go to a different branch because “she’s in charge here” went to a different branch in Milton who was wonderful and helped with no problem quickly! I would not recommend this branch they will judge your appearances before helping you.
Waited in line for almost an hour just to cash a check at 10 o clock on a Monday. Cashiers were very slowly and did not seem to care for even the elderly that had to wait for so long.
As the reviews describe the branch.nAll of the people are rude, especially the short one. The one with glasses who tend to be the manager is another rude banker. Never had this sort of experience at any other branch. I have a business account with them and tend to break it because of this branch only.nnPlease use a different bank. They will never go a little further to help the customer. Always ask you call customer service and stuff.
