There rates are 3 stars? It should be 1 This branch underminds customers wishes. My Grandmother put me in charge of her information and the staff let there childhood friends (Son, Daughter) Get my Grandmother's information without her permission. I had a account with this branch and they closed my account because they didn't understand e-commerce business.
Am happy with Umpqua but this branch store have a horrible costumer service i stopped around 5 or 6 times during this year and always it’s the same problem they do whatever they want.
Racially profiled a member of their bank and refused service. When questioned further gave no explanation and called the police instead...
Friendly service with a smile. Eager to help and take care of each customers unique needs. Nice clean branch with coffee, internet access, kids activity table and even dog bones and water for our puppies. Two large display cases full of interesting hand blown glass creations made by talented local artists in the community - all available for purchase.
Racially discriminated and called police on a member of their bank for no reason other than their skin tone. This is completely unacceptable.
