Not sure if there were different people working a couple years ago, but my experience at this location has always been awesome! The tellers are always nice and friendly. There has never been a long wait or a line. I have nothing bad to say and would recommend this location to anyone who banks with US Bank.
They are awesome I drive clear across town just to do some banking
Worst cursomer service of my life. The banker lady here wouldn't sign over a check because she is young and ignorant not knowing you can sign over a check to someone. I will now be switching banks due to this experience and never recommend going to this bank if you want any type of friendly customer service. She also was extremely aggressive from the beginning, treating us as some criminals. If I could do 0 stars I would. I will be writing a formal letter and call the manager.
