Pleasant, efficient staff. I have been with BofA for over 30 years and always been happy with their service.
Worst bank. Give a bad review they shut down my account. Call and they cannot get story straight. Use to be a good bank. Now another corrupt institution.
Erica was very kind in helping me inside the bank today to get some cash out until my card arrived. Customer service was great and I will be returning !
They never answer their phone, and the system automatically disconnects you after saying use the website. :-(
