Kind and helpful. I get all my pet food here. I know that I'm buying healthy food and treats that my pets will love. Worth the trip
I’ve been buying my cat’s food exclusively at Next to Nature for about 3 years now, and I couldn’t love this place more. The employees genuinely LOVE animals and want to help keep your pet happy and healthy. When I wanted a brand of food they didn’t carry, they offered to not only special order it, but to make my order as a routine part of the shipments they get in, so that I never had to worry about it. When I later wanted to change my cats food, one of the employees took plenty of time to discuss the needs of my cat, and extensively go over the options available. When I went in to find a solution to my cats anxiety during July 4th (scary fireworks!), the same woman again took plenty of time to show me all the options available and make recommendations. They never rush you there or make you feel like a burden for having a million questions. They are friendly, helpful, and if all that wasn’t enough - there are very sweet store cats that roam the place. They are a business that is very much invested in the community and the well being of animals. I love supporting this local business!
