Great setup!nThe owner did a great job in setting up this place. It might be tricky to find at first, but once I parked, I was in Koi heaven! This is my own first pond, and he was gracious enough to walk me through what I would need for a complete set-up. STRONGLY recommend coming here before going elsewhere as he has a good variety of most things you will need for your pond.
I highly recommend Koi Outlet. The owner is extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a UV Sterilizer from him. He took the time to take the product out of the box and showed me how to put it together. Great customer service. He even took it a step further by letting me know the benefits of changing a $7.00 item every two years to prevent damage to the system.
I have been coming here for six years now. The owners are very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. This location should be called all things Koi because it’s the only stop you will have to make for a great selection of koi food, pond supplies and helpful tips about Koi.
Beautiful selection of healthy Koi fish. Been coming here for a little over 5 yrs and always have great service. there staff is very knowledgeable to. If your just getting into ponds and not sure how to design or what you need to get a healthy Koi pond going, they'll get you set up the rite way. Come check out there shop. I'd recommend for sure!
Great place. Good prices, healthy koi of all sizes. He has some massive koi that were fun to look at as well. The worker (owner?) guy was very nice and took care of an issue we had with a fish we bought from him. Will buy from him again!
