Heavenly Pet Resort offers great comfort and service for animals. The front office staff was helpful, friendly and kind. I called in during my dogs stay and they were reassuring that our dog was doing well, she was eating and had adapted to the change of environment. This allowed me to enjoy myself while away from home. I knew my dog was in good hands.nnThe space is clean and they allow you to bring in your animals bed which I feel offers some comfort to the animal.The play area is large enough and also has water misters to keep the dogs cool and comfortable.nnI would definitely be comfortable taking our dog back and would recommend Heavenly Pet Resort.
Always excellent service from a caring staff. Our dog, Sugar, gets excited once she realizes where she is at. It seems she loves the place. And the staff loves her back.
Very clean and well run facility. Staff are very nice and really like dogs. Our 22 week old puppy spent eight days at the Temple City facility. He looked quite good when we came to pick him up and was in very good spirits.
Great place for the pets! Left my dog for a week and she’s usually running out, she was happy to see me but she was okay staying longer! Prices are fair and affordable. I will be bringing my dog back in the future!
I bring my sisters 2 bulldogs here often and there always prompt and helpful. Always take good care of the dogs and any special care needs.
