2 days before thanksgiving they decide to put a week hold on one of my checks although I’ve deposited here multiple times with no issues. And they refuse to give me my own money.nHorrible place. Cancelling my account. Teller said supervisor made the decision whether to release my money or not and apparently supervisor denied my request to take my own money.
Have been with SCU for many years. I recently had an issue with mobile check deposits. I emailed them, and issue was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent customer service! Over the years I have not had to call them very often, but when I have, I get a human, who speaks English, within 4 rings, every time. Name any financial institution that can say that!!!!

Couldn't find link to give a review. I've been a customer for over 40 years and Amber Warren and Cindy (manager) are THE best employees ever. I had a serious matter and when others told me what couldn't be done - Amber got it done. She spent 1 1/2 hours to resolve an issue that I had been working on for a full week. I hope you see this and reward her in some way. P.s. She should be a trainer to ensure all of your employees have the same knowledge base/level of customer service. Amber, I plan on stopping by when social distancing is behind us. Thanks for being so awesome!
