I’ve had mixed experiences. Staff is nice when my account faced fraud. The phone service is awful.nThe app is improving. I’m most annoyed that the the account online never shows who debiting money.

DECEMBER 2018nI opened an account with the Manager on the 12 and it’s the day after Christmas and I still have not received my DEBIT CARD. How very disappointing.nnI been trying to find out what’s going on and why I have not received my debit card but was placed on hold for more than 10 mins. Rude Unprofessional Customer Service. The man sound like he didn’t get what he wanted for Christmas.
