I usually don’t do this but I had such a great experience that I would like to give some recognition to Bellal, hands down amazing customer service skills. I came in here with an expectation to spend a lot of time in the store Mostly waiting around and being given the runaround to most of my questions much like the location I usually go to but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that wasn’t the case here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted instantly and he fixed my issue right away. Another thing I really appreciated was he made sure all of my questions were answered and Made the time fly by. The interaction was far from generic and I’m so glad I stopped by this store, I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on! Thanks Bellal! :)

I went in for some help with my plan and how I can get a better deal on a new phone. I want to say that Dan was extremely knowledgeable and offered incredible customer service! He’s awesome! Ask for him for an effortless transaction and the best service!

As a long time AT&T customer, I highly recommend this store. My husband and I were directed here because another store did not have the phones we wanted. Let me just say, after the top notch customer service we received in Milton, this will be our store from now on. While our data was transferring we had a nice conversation with Dan and his brother Kwan. Both were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience, thank you!!

So after a treacherous move upstate into my new place, my cable wasn’t fully set up and running. I immediately thought and dreaded the idea of going into a store to fix an issue that’s a company’s responsible for . Well truly glad I did to say the least, the manager I spoke with I believe his name is Bellal was the one person to assist me. I have NEVER been in and out of a store and been more happy with the service in my life than I was here. These guys take care of you respectfully , with ease and make sure everything is taken care of. Truly a satisfied guest .
