Very friendly. Extremely informative. He went above & beyond for us. Reasonably priced Birds,cages & accessories. Small store with a great amount of small,to medium sized birds in cages. Remarkable pet shop! I'm deeply happy because this shop was able to provide me the best service that I badly needed for my pets. These guys truly have the best shop in the area, and everything that I needed was available. I could not ask for anything else from these guys because they are truly excellent at everything. It's a great place to look for deals on food and cuttle bones, I love to buy the cuttle bones there for my birds.
Very rude, from the moment I entered i was being egnored. A couple walked in soon after. All the attention was given to them. I had asked 3 people for assistance and I was sent away. They didn't want to help me at all. I refused to let my animals have no food. I forced myself to swallow my pride and I still bought food for my animals. Trust me, it took a lot for me to do. I will never return to this store.
