Wait 45 mins in line just to have them short my cash then hassles every time trying to do simple banking. They corrected the short but my business is gone
Long wait on phone, screwed up my vehicle registration by not not putting the correct name and telling me dmv is supposed to do that. Accused me if fraud for no reason, freezing my account. Will not allow any wire transfers. Waited for a return phone call for an hour now and still no call.
More than a half dozen different times I have tried to deposit cash in the ATM to find out they were not accepting at the time which led to overdraft fees due to not being able to do so, this time an employee came out so I asked him to deposit it for me and he refused, he told me I would have to go through the drive through which as others stated takes 20-30 minutes.nIm pulling out and going to WSECU
They don't drop my parents money on time. Sometimes we have to wait until the 10th for money
Something is very wrong with the way they are doing drive-up banking. I dread going here now because I know I will be in line at least 30 mins. It’s gotten to the point that I’m going to find another bank to do my checking with. 5-10 mins PER CAR makes no sense. Navy Federal here I come...
