I have been with US Bank for 15 years and while married my ex husband and I cleared quite alot of money thru them. Even a deposit of $500.000 injury settlenent. We have lived lots of places and always super nice and helpful staff! This particular branch in Puyallup has made me want to close my account. I have given them tons of chances and more than one employee. Everyone of them have been snooty and rude as if GOD only made them!! I literally dread having to go to the bank. Even when I just called them to ask a question? She had a snobby attitude and irritated tone, fake all around. Last straw for me. I've always loved US BANK even defended and raved about it to others but...no more! Mmmm Kay bubye now lol. Sadud83dude22

This review is not based on this branch but the US Bank fraud department. I am very unhappy with US Bank right now. My debit card information was stolen at a gas pump and an authorized transaction of $68 was charged on my debit card. After being put through the wringer and speaking with a supervisor who treated me like dirt and put blame on me and would do nothing to assist me I will be looking to transfer all my money and start business with a new bank. Such a shame cause I have been a loyal customer with US Bank for 18 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers.
The staff are very kind and helpful. Especially one of the Banking Specialist named Melissa who helped me find my lost cell phone. Thanks again Mel and take it easy.
