If there was a zero star option I’d do that. They are rude and disrespectful I have gotten change from there for my work about 15 times over the past couple months, there is always a dissatisfied customer, myself included and today they told me I can’t get two rolls of quarters for my $20 bill (which i’ve done several times before from this exact same teller) simply because I don’t have an account. Just completely unprofessional and disappointing

This bank blows. I highly suggest another financial institution. High wait time slow service youll want to scream and very very minimal staff
They've always been very friendly and very professional, both at the teller windows and manager cubicles. You don't have to agree with Bank of America's international monetary policies to appreciate nice people just trying to do a good job.
Teller Karen = RacistnnBranch manager had to help me after she refused to service me. Leaving manager to apologized more than ones before I left.
