My husband stopped by the Verizon shop to fix his chipped screen on his iPhone. He came home happy, showed me the phone that looked flawless and new! It was beyond his expectations! Thank you!

Great location and the sales team genuinely care. Had a horrible experience at a location in Puyallup but they made up for all the failed promises at the other location and then some. This is the only retail Verizon shop that I go to now. They have always had what I was looking for in stock.
They did a good job. There were some hiccups in some of the communications and expectations. But they were very nice and pleasant to talk to.
I am giving this store 2 stars based solely on the fact that the folks working there are always very polite and friendly. Other than that, I’d advise, and will be myself, avoiding this place for any service changes. Twice now when doing a service change have I been mislead and it ended up costing me more money and headache. The first time I went in about something else and was talked into switching to the unlimited plan because “it will save you money” only come to find out it did not. He based that off of the current price of my plan, not the lower price I had been grandfathered into. So imagine my frustration when my phone bill jumped up $20 a month. This time last month I went in to see about getting my youngest added. I asked specifically about money for his time to make sure there was no replay of last round and was told how much extra it would cost a month. Then li and behold imagine my surprise when my phone bill is almost $60 dollars higher this month due to a one time fee that was never mentioned to me. Funds are tight right now and I’m his unexpected charge upset me greatly. I called customer service and was told that once the charge is applied nothing can be done so that’s that and oh yeah, next time check for a promotion that waves fees. Seriously?!
