Took our cat in for some grooming, they took good care of her. Lots of good advice on food and veterinarians in the area. Fair selection of products to buy in store. Very knowledgeable about animals and caring. Will definitely go back again!
First Time at this spot. Customer Service was great & was even given a free first time perk for my puppy. They even went above and beyond to share there service and even shared my huskies great behavior with them . Thank you . I will be returning!
I usually get my dogs nails trimmed with my vet in Pasadena but I wanted to find something closer. I took them for a nail trim and this is how they returned them.nWhen I called him to inquire about the injuries and obviously get my money back.nn- He first claimed my dogs had that before coming in.n- He then claimed were aggressive mind you I live with children and go to a daycare. I told him if they had been aggressive he could have called me and I would have understood.nn- I had to take them today to the vet and the vet told me the red eye cause is blunt trauma. This means somebody hit my dog!nn- The owner of the business never apologized and kept saying he was feeling stressed.nn- I did get a return for the money but this is unacceptable.nnI am now having to pay $200 for the vet visit and medicine.nnDO NOT COME HERE!!
Very unprofessional!! Very rude! To animals! Crazy price! And im going to complain everywhere!! First time costumers charging duble! I don’t know for what! Highly not recommend it ! Most terrible service in Los Angeles
This place is very welcoming; staff is helpful, selection is fantastic, and prices are great.No complaints and I've been going monthly for a year now.
