The staff at the front desk, Mr. Andy along with the LPN’s are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the processes whether it’s updating your vision, labs, immunizations on medpros, or squaring you away with what to do for your chapter physical, PCS, ETS physical, they work hard on maintaining the entire 1-2 SBCT (Approximately 4,000-5,000 soldiers) along with the medics and providers. Please understand there are only a handful of people working to get things done, as long as you maintain compliant and in communication, you will be successful in getting whatever you need done here at the 1-2 SSG Charles D. Allen SCMH. Sickcall runs from 0620-0700 and anything else other than sickcall will be taken care of after at 0900-1500. Closed on weekends though. Awesome team!
