Love eating here but had a bad experience with a tipping amount I left.nnSo I phoned in an order for a pizza and asked to hold the black olives. I got there early so I sat in the bar and had a beer. The pizza came with black olives so they had to remake it. I then had another beer while I waited.nnHere’s where it gets interesting and I never had this happen anywhere else. I wish I could post a picture of the bill but the bill shows as follows:nn2 Blue Moons $11.50n16” Deluxe Classic w/black olives $30.99nAdd cashews $1.59nGR Comp Open $ Item -$32.58n16” Deluxe Classic no black olives $30.99nAdd cashews $1.59nCN 25% off Shift Family (for their mistake) -$8.14nSubtotal $35.94nTax $3.33nTotal $39.27nnI left generous tip of 20% because I didn’t mind waiting and plus they hooked me up with a 25% discount for their mistake, which was cool. BUT apparently when you leave a 20% tip, they include the pizza that was deducted because it was on the bill. So they didn’t do 20% of the total $39.27, THEY DID 20% OF THE TOTAL PLUS THE PIZZA THEY DEDUCTED ON THE BILL.nnI spoke with a manager there and he said this is normal practice. I have to mention as well that he wasn’t very friendly at all during our conversation.nnI have NEVER had this happen before. Why would I tip on a pizza they messed up on and I never received to enjoy eating???nnIn the end, they refunded me $5.95, but what a mess! I recommend always to make sure to grab your final receipt. That was my mistake.

Great service! Friendly staff. I just wish the last two pizzas I ordered had stayed in the oven longer. The last pizza on one side not brown at all. This use to never be a problem. Next time I will let them know to get my crust really brown.

The waiter was amazing. Elijah was the next waiter I’ve ever had. Beside the pizza and wings being amazing I will come here just for the service

Ordered for curbside pickup. The Italia and pepperoni pizza were both great. Ordering online was easy. I did not even have to leave my car. Order came with paper plates abs napkins. Pizzas were a hit with the family. Recommend!

Great food and outstanding service! Definitely well taken care of when you dine in here! Food is a little on the pricey side but definitely well worth it!
