After they changed the app, not it made it near impossible to pay our rent (this institution has made us late on rent more than once), and we always start the transfer either one to two days (or even more) depending on where we're at in the week.nnThis month, they decided to mail a check. They mailed a check, when we set up a transfer (or thought we did, their new online banking app is garbage).nnThis among the rude customer service (although not all of them) is why we will be switching banks. For regular banking they seem great, unfortunately I didn't download an app to mail checks to people and be late on my rent. We've called customer service and voiced our unhappiness and displeasure at having such difficulty doing something that was so simple many times. I've been with this bank for coming up on three years now.

We have our Auto loan through ACU and are very impressed with the customer service and interest rate. We received a killer deal and the manager is very professional, friendly and helpful.

New soldiers, please do not use this bank. They charge a $15.00 fee just to pay your credit card bill or loans. Instead of inventing a new way to generate revenue, they turn to cheating they’re customers. New soldiers, please go to Navy Federal or USAA instead.nnSorry, but I find paying a fee just for the priviledge of paying my monthly bill to be repulsive, especially when you’re charged interest on the debt anyhow. Those who are just making ends meet are hit the worst. If the bank is in such dire financial straits that it must resort to cheating customers, then it is not a worthy business. Good day.

Needed a $3,500 check deposited with no hold (I've done this a couple times alone in the past months from insurance reasons) lady said she couldn't do it and manager said the same thing. Went to the one in Yelm Wal-Mart on the way home 30 minutes after I left this one handed them the check and before I could even ask for no hold on it he told me he was going to get it done. Will never go to this location again. Took the gentleman in Yelm less than 5 minutes to have it deposited. The lady here spent more time giving excuses on why they couldn't.
