Worst pet shop I have ever done business with. I feel I was took advantage of. I went in to purchase a gift for my mothers dog. Come to find out she already had the item. I went back to return it the following day. I was told by the gentleman in charge that they do not do full refunds and all I was able to get is a store credit. Nowhere in the store does it say store credit only I have returned an item there and gotten my money back before. If you want to deal with a store that will change the rules to benefit them when they want to then the store might be for you. But for us hard-working honest people I recommend you stay away. Never in my life have I had to give a bad review to a pet store. They definitely lost my business for life as well as my friends and family. There is a much better pet store a quarter-mile west on Florence Avenue on the southside I recommend you go there for any of your animals needs and avoid this place at all cost.

Took my two dogs for grooming Yesterday and one was too scared to stay so they offered to open early so it could only be him today. I loved how they treated my babies and me, I was also explained how to make my dogs more comfortable when taking them to get groomed. Thank you everyone here! I love it!

Came in today for a small tank and the young lady working at the register was very nice and helpful but I didn’t like the old lady , when I asked for help she didn’t bother saying anything or helped me . If I was you go down the street and go to pet town they are very friendly .

IT DIED !! I bought a Guinea pig for my daughter here . When we first got it it had problems so i took it back and they took her for a week then they gave here back . She didn't even last a year . We paid the vet 700.00 to save her but she didn't make it. SO SAD! I should of gotten a refund but we fell in love with her. OUR GUINEA pig had problems from the start of our purchase. Keep in mind that this was not our first Guinea pig . Long live our little meeper!
