I went looking for some cat carries. In case we needed to evacuate. Instead I found a canvas dog kennel that will would work perfectly. The gal who checked me out was also very sweet and kind. Her yellow and red cat mask was adorable too.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable in the aquatic department and I would recommend Bonney Lake store to anyone in the area. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for a job well done.

Was in this location a couple days ago the employee Ben was very helpful and very knowledgeable and vary caring of your animal needs. he needs a raise.

It was quick to go in pick up and go! Plus the 20% off was the best part.

*Warning: location injured my pet*nI have had a problem every single time I have booked a grooming appointment with this Petco location. The 1st time, the front counter attendant was so rude to me and my husband that we just left. The 2nd time we booked, our dog was returned to us with bloody paws. Her nails had been trimmed beyond the quick and were very sore to the touch. When we called to inform the store, they advised us to dip her nails in flour to stop the bleeding. We were offered a discount for our next grooming to make it up. I was told the groomer had bad eye sight (WTH?!) and that her glasses must've made it hard to see the dog's nails.nnOur third grooming was fine, not the best haircut but I was able to trim the long patches myself to even it out. I pre booked our next appointment for 6 weeks out, that appointment was cancelled with very little notice. I was told I wouldn't be seen for several weeks for a full groom, so I downgraded the service to get in sooner. That appointment was also canceled with almost no notice. They called several days later to reschedule and asked if I wanted to switch back to a full groom and I said yes and was told I would receive a discount for the trouble!nnMy husband goes to drop her off this morning and they say she is booked for the reduced service, which is not true because the person who rescheduled me was her groomer that day. She agrees to give the full haircut instead, but made it an unpleasant experience. I go to pick her up and they have added an additional package on to her grooming service without permission. My dog has never received this premium plus grooming package before and we didn't want it. The manager Ben (same person who told me I'd be getting a discount) came up to the counter to handle the inproper billing issue. He never spoke to me or apologized for how poorly I was being treated, but gave me a small discount and walked away.nnI asked to see my dog prior to paying and they refused to bring her out, probably because they knew I wouldn't pay for the hack job Ali gave her. SHE WAS COMPLETELY SHAVED. My dog is a Maltese, Yorkie, Poodle mix with curly hair and no matting, there was no reason for her to be shaved, nor did we sign the shaving hair waiver. She then proceeds to tell me that my dog gets aggressive when they touch her feet, if she would have taken 2 seconds to read the notes, she would've known she had been injured by them before and might be afraid. I have done my darndest to make this work with this location but I've had it. They treat people just as poorly as they treat the animals and I will NEVER subject my dog to it again. Horrible, shameful, irresponsible behavior!
