The concern for patron health was top priority. You saw areas being sanitized, appropriate social distances, and masks worn. The service was friendly. The wait time for our table of 5 was relatively short. The menus were disposable one time use only. Our server was immediately ready to take our orders and ask if we wanted beverages right away. The food was great, timely served and hot when served. I am satisfied with this Applebee's location everytime I come here. I felt our server could have kept a better eye on our drink levels and removing empty dishes a bit better but that was just a minor blemish overall. Final thought..I am eating here again and again..

Our family goes to Applebee's frequently. This location was awful. There were 4 hosts/bussers at the front talking to one another. Apparently they didn't actually know how to use the wait list because several people who were waiting (including us) were completely forgotten. There were a lot of people waiting and I only heard one name called out in the 40 minutes we waited. We had to ask about our table and they had no idea where our names went on the list.nnMy husband's dinner was good, but mine was not. I always get the three cheese chicken penne and they made it with a different cheese.. something thicker and more orange. Did not enjoy at all. His perfect margarita was less than perfect at this location as well.nnOur server seemed like she didn't want to be there. Wasn't friendly at all, but did give us a discount for our skipped table which was a pleasant surprise.

Great food always. Excellent at table service. They are open again for business with in store dining. We were served very promptly, and enjoyed our beautiful burgers. We have always been regular diners at this store, and really enjoy the ambiance. The food is always hot and fresh. Service us always great!

The wings were awesome. Very crunchy and juicy. I also got the side house salad which was nice crispy and the perfect size. I ended with the chocolate brownie bite not the whole brownie. And that was just fantastic. Had a couple of the truly hard seltzer drinks and those were great as well. Very happy with my visit I will be back for happy hour from now on. I had visited hops and drops just down the road in bonney Lake for happy hour the previous day and it was terrible. The steak tacos were chewy and stringy I couldn't eat any of it I had to spit most of the meat out The buffalo wings were soggy and lukewarm and the service was terrible. I had seven items including drinks and the server never asked once about any of my items or if I was enjoying the food. I will be back to Applebee's at least three to four times a week after work!

Bad service...sat in the bar area that wasn't busy. Bartender took a long time to get to us, once our food was delivered by the runner, the bartender didn't even come to check on us until we were almost done. Once done and after waiting 15 minutes I stopped a random staff to ask for the bartender to get the check. They said the bartender was in the office on a break. The drinks were weak, At least the food was good and they got us cashed out. I've never dined and ditched but this situation almost seemed like a fair opportunity.
