I've been with Seafirst...now Bank of America since 1978. I've always had good service. I've been with Bonney Lake since 1983. I like the tellers Lisa and Sofie. With Covid I haven't gotten to know the new tellers....try to get in and out for everyone's safety.nJamie has always been professional yet kind, helpful,ncurtious. I've seen him pitch in when its rush hour.nAwesome guy.

I have been with BOA since about 2016. I have had nothing but goodexperiences. Jamie the head manager at that branch, he has be soon wonderful and kind. He helps out every day possible and be their for not only his employees but us as Customers. I do not have 1 complaint about this branch. This is the only branch I use besides on occasions if I need quick cash.nnKris Steffenson

After 4 attempts and a dead phone battery I am NOT impressed with how this place conducts business (hence the bad review). I want and need to talk to someone that knows what they are doing or has the authority to make basic changes, such as adjust the payment date on a new vehicle loan and not listen to endless recordings or to be transferred and than hung up on. Horrible job Bank of America of Bonney Lake, WA. Does this bank manage itself?

Opened as promised. The 2 available teller's behind counter had average time with customer was 1 to 2 minutes as they completed a line of 26 guest within 30 minutes of opening. 4 more available members were working inside of glass rooms. The super friendly gentlemen Chip tending to personnel here in waiting area asked if we needed anything and offered water while waiting. Im not seeing what the long lines people are complaining about nor did I hear any disrespect towards anyone. Thank you Cristal for helping us this morning.
