Today I took my puppies for their 1st hair cuts.nWe where welcomed with amazing customer service very friendly staff! They took the extra time to play with them and make them feel comfortable. My puppies they came out so happy with fabulous hair cuts, smelling so clean! The groomer Stephaine put on them super cute neck bandannas, loved them! I paid $45 for a bath, hair cut, nails, full grooming session for each pup, so worth it. Great folks. Hoping that they can survive the economic crisses. My doggies look great.
We have been going to the shop for a while now and I’ll tell you this the number one reason why we love it so much is because they are not afraid to tell you that your dog is too anxious to scared the groomers will not force them to be groomed when they know they are not comfortable or when they are not good they take their time yes they take longer but I would rather have my dog feel safe and comfortable and get a haircut that takes a little bit longer than just somebody forcing a haircut on them Lisa is the owner and she is the absolute most wonderful person on this planet she truly cares and loves her dogs. I’m telling you they care so much that if they need to bring your dog in for another session just because it was too anxious or afraid they will do it.
