Rori was very kind and patient to me especially considering I am tech challenged. I had my phone pick pocketed in Europe and she made every effort to try and make the replacement phone I purchased there work for me. She was very helpful in choosing the right plan and my phone bill cost is less now than before I went in. The interaction she had with her co-worker was pleasant. I left in a better mood than when I arrived. Thank you Rori!

Rori Ann was great! I do not ever look forward to dealing with Verizon customer service. But I tried, and was somewhat successful. But I still didn't get everything done that I needed to. I called a friend of mine, and she recommended Rori at Exbabylon, and she even set up an appointment for us. Rori was able to call Verizon and get us a much better that we could have done. She and her associate even helped us with questions about our phones. They both went the extra mile. Thank you, thank you.
I am able to get exactly what I need without a long wait. I appreciate their mask policy. They have sanitizer available and offer disposable masks to anyone needing one. I purchased a new phone and was pleased by having all of my questions answered. They offer advice, demonstrate their products throughly, and treat their customers with respect.
Thanks to Rori at exbabylon coming to my rescue I had a brand new IPhone the day after I broke my old one. She worked with me over the phone, and used part of her lunch to bring me the new phone as I couldn’t make it in. There are some perks to small town living, and shopping local!. Thank you!
