The company who is running the call center needs to be fired. I've waited a complete 30 minutes to get transferred to the right person only to be transferred to some middleman I was placed on hold for another 10 minutes since they had to ask staff my question when he got on the phone he lied and said they were with patients when they are taking a lunch accordibg to their business hours. I've waited a total of one hour to ask if a form had been completed and over 3 weeks since this form was dropped off. The Dr and his staff have been mostly amazing but the call center is beyond incompetant. If my mom didn't have to deal with them itd be ideal. If you need an appointment be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more to even speak to anyone who can schedule it if not longer. Its really sad.

The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing and hardworking. I have nothing bad to say about them at all and probably never will. But it is nearly impossible to get through the phone system without being placed on hold 30+ minutes or the call getting dropped and you wait almost two hours for every visit. WAY too many patients are scheduled to see one doctor at a time, the wait room is filled past capacity with even more patients standing outside, every day, just to be seen. It’s to the point that even the doctors complain about so many patients being scheduled on top of each other. If I show up on time for my appointment, there shouldn’t be 3-6 people still ahead of me to be seen if the appointments are spaced out properly. They do have a website but any time I have tried to schedule an appointment through it, I get a denied notice or no response at all. Please, please, PLEASE do not schedule so many patients at a time. It’s destroying the quality of medical care provided to patients because the staff are having to rush so much just to see everybody. It’s not fair to neither party. And please fix the phone system, it shouldn’t take two whole months for a patient calling everyday to try and get through to make an appointment.

My doctor is super helpful, the nurses are eh they schedule me on a day when my doctor was not there even though he told them months in advance he will not be there.

If I could I give no stars, they have rude staff and they are unprofessional they whisper back and forth in front of you about other patients. SO MUCH FOR HIPPA. I personally don’t go to this doctor however where I work my job has some of our individuals go here and in the last 2 months they have scheduled and rescheduled and when we come in 15-20 minutes they say that there is no provider hear that day or they are on vacation yet they have a room full of women all ages and pregnant and not pregnant waiting to be seen. I feel that they are racists toward our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This office on. Bullard and Fresno are terrible and some of the staff have mustaches bigger then my grandfathers. I don’t usually come off mean or rude but this is to much.

Waiting room is too small now that they have added pediatrician there's sick kids too Waiting around with all the elderly. Not enough seating . Always over booked . Never know what your there for .nI see Angela Brown she seems to be very busy with her new patients.nHave my apptment booked out two months. Fine I'll keep it like that.nAlso I went to emergency was told to get referral for a endoscopy and got a referral for physical therapy. WTF?? I was very sick two months . NO Joke! I kept going to the Dr. Office.nI Need Refills on Diabetic medication. Not the first time but my . Pharmacy faxed Office several times nothing.. no refill??? WTF??. Just refill my meds!! I can't get on patient portal. No one returned my call about referral. Great changes when medical care become Cooperation care.
